2. Quotations & Estimates

All price quotations and estimates provided through this service are based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on site inspection, material availability, and other factors. Aussie Fence & Gate Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

3. Booking and Payment

Scheduling of installation, repair, or maintenance services will be confirmed upon acceptance of a quotation and receipt of any agreed deposit. Full payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment can be made directly to Aussie Fence & Gate Solutions at our Melbourne office.

4. Service Conditions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to installation.
• Site access must be clear, safe, and unrestricted at the time of service.
• Any delay or additional work caused by unforeseen site conditions may incur extra charges.
• We strive to complete services within the agreed timeframe but will not be liable for delays caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty and Liability

Aussie Fence & Gate Solutions provides a workmanship warranty that covers defects arising from our services for a period of 12 months from completion. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, or external factors such as severe weather events.

We limit liability to the extent allowed by Australian law and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our service or products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials displayed on this service are the intellectual property of Aussie Fence & Gate Solutions. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
